I work where three worlds meet and rarely understand each other: policy, technology, and capital. I study the national security implications of emerging tech. I build with AI. I work to understand how capital decides which technologies actually reach the world.

DeadReckoning
An open-source intelligence instrument that tracks global GPS jamming through publicly broadcast flight data.
Every airliner continuously broadcasts its own navigation integrity. Treated as a sensor network, the world's airline fleet reveals where GPS interference is happening. DeadReckoning aggregates roughly 24 million position reports a day from open ADS-B data into a longitudinal archive: chronic interference zones, sudden flare-ups, and how both move with world events. Each region carries its own statistical baseline, named watch regions carry analyst context, and the methodology states plainly what the instrument can and cannot see. Attribution is never asserted, only sourced.
Venator Intelligence

A 15-agent AI system for investment research.
Fifteen specialized agents cover company financials, market data, macro trends, earnings, and portfolio risk. A question is routed to the relevant specialists, their research runs in parallel, and the findings combine into a single sourced report. Every report then passes a correctness layer before delivery: deterministic arithmetic checks, internal contradiction detection, and grading against a structured quality rubric with two hundred criteria.
Hound
An agentic research and project management system I use to run my job search.
Overnight, Hound's agents search job postings, research the organizations behind them, and grade each opportunity against criteria I define. Results land in a morning briefing on a dashboard. The project management layer tracks everything: kanban boards, session logs, and an append-only decision ledger, so any workstream resumes where it left off. An adversarial reviewer verifies the agents' work before it reaches me. Hound finds and evaluates opportunities. Applying to them is something I do myself, outside the system.
